Delete your account
You can remove your CrossVox account without reinstalling the app. This removes your account, settings, Today entries, prayer-session usage ledger and safety-report categories held by CrossVox, including any AI reply text you separately submitted for human review. We do not store your prayer recordings or full conversations.
We retain a minimal allowance record to prevent repeated free allowances: server-keyed fingerprints of verified email or Apple/Google identities, a random allowance identifier and the used-session count. These fingerprints are pseudonymous, not anonymous. The record contains no plain-text email, provider identifier, deleted account identifier, password, profile or prayer content. Re-registering with the same verified identity continues your remaining sessions rather than receiving another seven. We retain this record while the one-time lifetime allowance is offered, subject to erasure required by applicable law. Contact support for privacy requests.
Deleting your CrossVox account does not cancel a subscription purchased through an app store. If you have one, cancel it separately in Google Play or Apple subscriptions to avoid future charges. Deleting the account also removes CrossVox subscription verification records; the store retains its own billing records.
Data already processed by AssemblyAI, OpenAI or ElevenLabs is subject to each provider's retention terms. Deleting your CrossVox account cannot instantly erase their independent records.
If you created your account with Apple or Google and have not set a CrossVox password, delete it directly in the app. If you no longer have the app, use “Forgot password?” on the login screen to create a CrossVox password before using this form.
