CrossVox Support
CrossVox is operated by Manle Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited. For help, email support@crossvox.net. CrossVox is intended only for users aged 13 and older. Please do not include prayer recordings, prayer transcripts, passwords, or other people's personal information in a support message.
Sign-in and password help
Use “Forgot password?” on the login screen to request a one-time link. The link expires after 30 minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that the email address is the one used for your CrossVox account.
Voice prayer help
Voice prayer requires a network connection and microphone access. CrossVox explains its cloud voice processing before the first session. You can turn off that permission under Account and can also manage microphone access in your phone's system settings.
Account and privacy
You can permanently delete your account inside the app under Settings → Account, or use our account deletion page. Read the Privacy Policy for details about cloud providers, retention, and your choices.
Prayer allowance and subscriptions
Each account receives seven complete complimentary prayer sessions; no payment card is required and the allowance does not automatically become a paid subscription. When App Store purchasing is available, U.S. membership is US$7.99 per month or US$59.99 per year, paid upfront. Monthly and annual plans provide the same voice-prayer access. The Apple purchase sheet shows the actual localized price, applicable tax and renewal terms before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can restore a purchase from Account settings while signed into the CrossVox account used for that purchase. You manage cancellation in Google Play or Apple subscriptions, according to where you bought it. Deleting the app or your CrossVox account does not itself cancel a store subscription. For refund requests use Google Play or Apple billing, as applicable.
CrossVox is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified person nearby.
